Join Workplace Experience team as a Solution Architect for the Access Systems Service Hub. You'll be instrumental in designing secure, single sign-on solutions for global employees and partners, focusing on identity, authentication, and authorization.
We use technologies like EntraID, OneIdentity, MS Active Directory, Azure AD, IBM ISAM/ISVA, and more, operating within SAFe-driven DevOps and operations value streams.

You'll succeed by applying your expertise in Identity & Access Management, Sign-On, and order processes to guide our Agile teams. Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end solutions, consulting on complex demands, defining solution context, and contributing to our shared technical vision.

Skills

• Ideal candidates have proven Solution Architect experience with Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, One.Identity, SavvySuite, strong understanding of OS/DB integration, directory services, access management, IDM layers, and modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with microservices, API gateways, and multi-cloud environments is a plus.
• We value technical leadership, excellent communication, and conceptual skills.
• English proficiency is required, German is a plus.
