💼 What You'll Do

  • Lead the configuration and rollout of the Atollon platform for SMB clients
  • Conduct process discovery workshops and design improved workflows
  • Migrate data from legacy systems (e.g., Excel, CRM, finance)
  • Configure core platform elements (forms, workflows, reports, print outputs)
  • Collaborate with designers, HTML coders, and developers to fine-tune client solutions
  • Integrate third-party tools such as email, accounting, and cloud storage systems
  • Customize AI-driven prompts to enhance user automation (training provided)
  • Support continuous improvement and client satisfaction post-go-live

🛠️ What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years in business software implementation, consulting, or systems support
  • Working knowledge of databases and data structures (e.g., basic SQL)
  • Experience with business tools (CRM, ERP, BPM, finance or project software)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence in client communication (email, meetings, workshops)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Curiosity to understand business workflows (sales, service, operations)
  • Czech fluency (most clients are local); English proficiency (platform documentation & international expansion)

💡 Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with HTML templates, AI tools, or automation platforms
  • Experience with business process design (BPMN, flowcharts, or similar)
  • Degree in IT, engineering, business, or related field

🌱 What you’ll get?

  • This role offers a monthly salary in the range of 40,000 – 80,000 CZK, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers a path to Product Manager or Solution Architect after gaining deep knowledge of our platform and customer needs.
