Job Description

• Review user-generated content, ensuring compliance with policies
• Take action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks
• Stay updated on policies for accurate implementation

Requirements

• Fluent in French with B2 or higher English skills
• Valid work permit for Bulgaria or EU citizenship
• Experience in back-office services
• Strong efficiency, accuracy, and empathy
• Willingness to work flexible hours (24/7 shift system)
