Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group Insight Analyst to join our great Commercial department responsible for leveraging FEG’s extensive client databases to drive retention, engagement, and reactivation of players. The role ensures marketing tools and product capabilities are used effectively and encourages data-driven decision. As an Insight Analyst, you will make sure all activities are properly measured and evaluated across all channels and customer lifecycle. You will drive data-driven and customer centric approaches on all levels, by making data actionable and educating peers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Perform extensive data mining, aggregation, and transformation to uncover trends, product performance, customer behaviours, and operational efficiencies
• Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and visualizations that communicate trends and KPIs across the organization
• Support business teams by presenting insights in clear and compelling formats tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to adopt and deploy machine learning models for automated forecasting, anomaly detection, and segmentation using transactional data
• Address data quality issues, including deduplication, outlier detection, and correction of inaccuracies in large transactional datasets
• Translate transactional data into business-relevant insights to inform strategic decisions, improve efficiency, and drive growth
• Educate and enable stakeholders on how to interpret and leverage data for their domains

 What We’re Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• University degree in data analysis/modelling/statistics is a plus
• 4+ years of experience as web analysts / data analyst, with proven data analysis experience
• Fluent English, both written and verbal (at least C1)
• Knowledge of Python
• Strong proven experience of SQL
• Experience with Azure services
• Strong experience with PowerBI/Tableau
• Experience with Google Analytics / Similar web analytics platforms

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• Knowledge of R
• An additional language from another FEG market (Croatian, Slovak, Romanian or Polish)
